澳大利亞機(jī)車(chē)空調(diào)機(jī)組主要部件包括半封閉往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)、蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器、干燥過(guò)濾器、軸流式冷凝風(fēng)機(jī)、離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)、電加熱器、高壓壓力開(kāi)關(guān)、低壓壓力開(kāi)關(guān)等部件組成的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)，空調(diào)機(jī)組系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，性能穩(wěn)定，能夠在有風(fēng)、細(xì)塵、暴雨、雪天氣狀況、沙漠地區(qū)及其他存在污染物的環(huán)境中正常工作。機(jī)車(chē)空調(diào)機(jī)組采用SUS304不銹鋼板制成，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、耐磨性強(qiáng)、表面平整度小于1mm。制冷系統(tǒng)部件及配管采用銀纖焊連接，空調(diào)機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)為頂置單元式，出風(fēng)口設(shè)在機(jī)組的底部，新風(fēng)口設(shè)在機(jī)組的兩側(cè)，回風(fēng)口設(shè)在機(jī)組底部，新風(fēng)口和回風(fēng)口處均裝有過(guò)濾網(wǎng)，并且過(guò)濾網(wǎng)可重復(fù)清洗并易于拆裝，滿足當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)沙環(huán)境的要求。
