TTK7D-6.0型司機室空調(diào)機組是專為HXD1B、HXD1C型和諧號電力機車設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品。該司機室空調(diào)系統(tǒng)具有通風(fēng)、制冷、制暖等功能，通過回風(fēng)溫度和環(huán)境溫度傳感器實現(xiàn)自動控制，設(shè)置手動控制功能，可以為機車司機室提供舒適的室內(nèi)環(huán)境。空調(diào)機組安裝在司機室內(nèi)的操縱臺下，機組的回風(fēng)口在靠近室內(nèi)的端面，新風(fēng)進(jìn)口在機組底面，新風(fēng)和回風(fēng)在機腔內(nèi)混合后，經(jīng)空調(diào)冷卻(或加熱)，再通過送風(fēng)機，向上送入司機室內(nèi)，使得室內(nèi)的溫度逐漸調(diào)節(jié)，并使其維持在較舒適的范圍內(nèi)。空調(diào)機組的冷凝水通過機組底部的排水孔，直接排至車底。空調(diào)機組的室外冷凝風(fēng)從機組前端進(jìn)入，通過冷凝器后，再從機組底部向車下排出。空調(diào)機組采用PLC控制模式，電氣部件位于靠近室內(nèi)的端面，對空調(diào)進(jìn)行可靠的控制、保護和故障診斷。電氣部件通過連接器與操縱臺上的控制面板相連，可方便的進(jìn)行操作及檢修。

The unit is instaled under dashboard of driver cab. The return alr with inlet faces cab, and cool air with inlet at bottom of unit, mixedogether within unit chamber, treated wih cooling or heating,betore blowing into driver cab,theretore adiusting indoor temperature to dcomfortable evel. The condensing water drains out through unit botom holes to the ground.Air flow into the condensing chamber in theiront, pass through condenser and flow under the vehicle.With PLC control mode,the electrical part faces the cab, so that it can be effectively controlled, protected and diagnosed.
